First thing – Fill out the Custom Inquiry Form
I know, you don’t know if you’re 100% sure you want to have a custom basket made yet. I get it friend! But you won’t know if you are ready for it until you find out the nuts and bolts of the project. That’s why I need you to fill out this form first. By filling out the form, you are giving me the initial details and ideas for the project. It’s a pretty important step in the process, and we get to know each other a little better.
Next – The Consultation
Once you submit the Inquiry Form and I’ve read it over, you’ll receive a follow-up email within 48 hours from me. We will do our consultation via email, phone, skype…...whatever works easiest for you! During these interactions, we’ll talk about the details of your custom project, what you’re thinking as far as design, your budget, when you’ll need it completed, and any other questions you may have for me.
Then - Contract, Design and Deposit
After our consultation, I’ll begin designing your basket. Once we’re on the same page, I’ll send you a contract via email within 7 days. Included with the Contract you will receive the specific details of your project, the final design sketch, cost and a completion timeline. I require a non-refundable 50% deposit to get started, and this will be due with the signed contract. This will guarantee your place in line and that I can begin creating your showpiece.
Finally – I get to work!!
Since every project is different and I have a busy show schedule, the completion timeline can vary based on these factors. While I’m making your basket, I’ll keep you updated on its progress via email. We will typically check-in with you every few days until it is completed and on its way to you.
