All items are made to order, so please allow 1-2 weeks to make your item and to properly prepare your order for shipping. Please allow 5-10 business days for actual shipping time for shipping locations in the USA. USPS Priority shipping is our preferred method to ship, and you will receive tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. If you prefer another service (FedEx, UPS, etc) please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and include your order number in the subject line of the email.
International shipping is not offered at this time, but if you would like to place an international order, please contact using the form on the website to discuss.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
Each Ten Dots item is handmade and will vary slightly from the image on the website. We strive to have each item be as close to the image on the website as possible. If you find a fault with your item we will accept an exchange if we're notified within 5 days upon receipt of the order.
We will only accept unused pieces in their original packaging with the hang tag. We will not pay for return shipping and there is a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis, but generally not issued unless there is a clear mistake on our part. We do our best to quality-check each piece before shipping, but in the unlikely event that you receive an order with quality issues please let us know.
Ten Dots Textiles is not responsible for any delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Refunds are not issued for these reasons.
